Diocletianus Aqueduct
The Aqueduct of Diocletian is an ancient Roman aqueduct located near Split, Croatia. It was constructed during the Roman Empire to supply water to the palace of Emperor Diocletian. Diocletian, who reigned from 284 to 305 AD, retired to Spalatum (Split) and died there in 311.
